Does your organization's success depend on an ability to recruit and retain entrepreneurial talent?
Building the right culture is critical.
As discussed in the New York Times bestseller The Alliance, "entrepreneurial thinking and doing are the most important capabilities" organizations require from their employees. However, we must first develop a trusting environment that allows our employees to share ideas and take risks.
While working with clients we've learned how trust is frequently assumed to exist. This misconception limits the organization's ability to advance the strengths of its most important asset—people. Recognizing trust issues and addressing them quickly, can help correct or prevent negative organizational outcomes.
At Allied Talent, we have created a diagnostic tool that explores vital elements such as trust, respect and the psychological contract.
Join us as Chris Yeh and Dr. Marla Gottschalk explain how The Alliance Diagnostic was developed and why organizations can benefit from its use.
